- The entrusting of a pupil to the school implies that the parents agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions of the school. They are also requested to read the rules carefully and ensure they are followed.
- Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in enforcing regularity, punctuality, and discipline and by taking a daily interest in their children's progress.
- Parents should regularly check the diary for teacher remarks, assigned homework, etc., and promptly acknowledge the same by affixing their signature against the marks.
- Parents should ensure that their children study and complete their homework regularly.
- They are also asked to review all subject homework, prescribed notebooks, and periodically sign them.
- If parents observe that their child is not assigned homework for sometimes, or that he/she is unable to follow the lessons, they should contact the Principal.
- Parents are expected to make their own arrangements whenever students are asked to arrive before or remain after school hours for various curricular and co-curricular activities. Whenever parents are asked to meet the Principal to discuss their children's academic condition or any misbehaviour, they should meet the Principal without fail on the specified date as stated in the circular letter sent by the school office.
- Parents who seek information or wish to make complaints should do so directly to the Principal and not to the class teachers.
- Parents, guardians, Or Other persons are not allowed to meet the students or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal. Staff members should only be met after 03.45 p.m.
- When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention the class(grade) and section of their children.
- Parents who wish to take their children out during school hours should obtain the necessary written permission from the Principal by submitting a letter stating the reason. Parents should come in person to collect their children from the school.
